A set of manuals can be had if you go to www.timtaylor.net click the link for scooters, then click manuals. He has the service manual, common service manual, and Clymer (it is listed by their ISBN number). I don't know about vin decoding they only came in one model and maybe 2 paint colors for

Allen, the P.O. left the petcock on for 30 years and the gas kept filling and solidifying in the carbs right up as far as gas could get and it is in there solid. So I have the bowls off immersed in cleaner and the exposed floats, etc immersed in cups of cleaner. You can't tell that there are
