I have shaped a piece of aluminum to slide under all four carbs and funnel
into a jar, works fine and quicker than attaching hoses.

carb? And would you do that if you are riding for months at a time? I
basically keep stabil in the fuel all the time except maybe middle of summer
riding season.

Well, after reading this thread, I should reconsider my diagnosis.
Evidently, the floats might not be the sole culprit, and I'm going to look
into getting the o-rings replaced.
