On my 96 750 I am using a 4-to-1 Vance Hines and it did not required re-jetting (although I am sure it will make an improvement). Only thing I did was the washer mod. I am sure you can find kits for almost any japanese carburator (Allen will know better this). Which bike are talking about? On
