He hole in the middle shouldn’t matter. The valve rotates to align with the larger holes to allow gas to go nowhere, from main tank, and from reserve. Last hole goes around a peg (or bump) to prevent it turning. The center hole should not come into play. -- You received this message

Just found another "extra " of the CA edition. There's a vacuum hose, connecting the "purge control valve" ( the round thing on the right side , first picture) to the fuel tank. There's a small tube underneath the tank , between the fuel sensor and the petcock, where the hose should be
