There is a strange delay in refreshing going from Memorized to
Current. It fades in about half as fast as going from the other
screens.

Not so much a bug Dave as a need to do a deeper refresh at that point.

Bank Fees: I forget that just because I have a bucket doesn't mean I
have a spending plan for it.
