I noticed yesterday that if I have a transaction that is already
assigned a bucket (i.e. Fuel), and then I decide to change it
'optional' down the road. It still keeps Fuel as the bucket, and I
need to clear Fuel from the bucket drop down in the transaction detail
pane. Is this by
