I am signed up for their Online Banking website and have been using it
for a while now. From looking at their Quicken setup instructions the
Online Banking and direct connect credentials are one and the same:
4. Next you will be prompted to enter your User ID and PIN to connect
to Capital One.
My bad, that is step 6, not 4. I got hold of someone very helpful at
Capital One and they verified for me that the online banking
credentials and the direct connect are one and the same.
