* Field 'primary' was missing in NetworkInterfaceCardProperties
* Field 'primary' was misplaced in IpConfiguration instead of
IpConfigurationProperties
This causes problems when using the provider to configure multiple IPs per NIC
and multiple NICs per VirtualMachine
