Hi
i emailed 3 or four times about how can i use cbq for wireless ad hoc networks
but noone replied me.
i run some codes of cbq for wired networks, it run fine, but when i use it for
wireless network and set IFQ as Queue/CBQ/WRR, simulation at once terminate
without any result.
further, i am

Hi Desai,
Firstly, you can try with FC4, I have tried that and it was successful.
Second solution is by replacing with the by-part tcl 8.3.2 file in the
all-in-one packet. And install ns-2 again. Or try to find another version or
another source for tcl files, if you really stuck on it.

would you please tell me how I can change the parameters without stopping
Dear ns users,
would you please tell me how I can change the parameters without stopping
the simulation.
as eg.
how I can change the delay in the following command without stopping the
simulation and make that automatic until the end.
$ns make-lan "$TCP_BS $TCPr" 2mb 0.001ms LL Queue/Dro
Hey everyone,
Can you please reply to my query below. I had to write back again,
since could not get any responses and its kind of getting me held up
on that.
I am trying to run WImax simulation through this set up ,which I tried
to run through FC5, but has some problems,so I think I cant do with
Hi Aleksandar,
In order to generate random errors first you have to create the error model
in your script and then attach it to the link or node where you want the
packets to be dropped. For creating a random uniformly distributed errors
you can type:
#Create the error model
set em [new ErrorMod
I've tried to modify NS-2 to support IPv6 beginning with ip.h.
In "ip.h",
struct hdr_ip {
_/* common to IPv{4,6} */
ns_addr_t src_;
ns_addr_t dst_;
int ttl_;
}
I'd like to know whether I
hi all..
i'm student of telecommunication engineer. have learning ns2 for 2 month.
this present, i'm midst my final project. it goals is to compare packet
efficincy that carried on SS7 over IP (sigtran), SS7over ATM.
i'll do some simulation on ns2, with packet length of MSU as the
