I am trying to install NS.2.29 under cygwin and tcl8.3.2 configuration failed
.Does anyone know, why it can't build tcl8.4.11? and how can I solve this
problem ?

Hi,mate, I am afraid you have to tell the configure where to find the
TCL directory like this:
./configure --with-tcl="Path to the tcl directory"
Same for everything you should install such as otcl, tclck, ns and nam.
