I' m under Fedora 13 and want to install ns 2.29 in order to test the
Wimax module made by NDSL for my final thesis (I believe it doesn't work
with the latest version of ns - it gives compilation errors when trying
to make ns).
So my problem is that I get compilation errors wh
The steps I do are the following:
- yum install compat-gcc-34 compat-gcc-34-c++
- yum install autoconf automake libX11-devel xorg-x11-proto-devel
libXt-devel libXmu-devel
- cd ns-allinone-2.29
- ./install CC=gcc34 (you can try without the CC=gcc34 to use your
current version of gcc)

Good evening everyone,
my question is quick and simple (I believe). Could anyone tell me if and
how can I produce a normal trace file using the ns2 wimax mesh80216 module;
I tried to change the "header" file which is being used as a source to
the scenario file in order to produce my trace but
I do have a set of scripts. Hope they help.
