I've ordered the upgrade to CE8. It looks very cool, and the upgrade price is
very reasonable, so I decided this is the best way to get CE and DT working
together.

The problem is that NS Basic/Desktop 4 uses a new version of the
ExPropertyList control. We found bugs in the existing version that were
fixed. The new control is also in NS Basic/CE 8.0. However, NS Basic/CE
7 cannot use the new control, which is why you get the error.

Thanks for the advice. I tried running the bat file, even rebooting and running
it a number of times, but each time I get the same message. I'm trying to
install v7 by the way, so not the latest version (I hope to upgrade soon).
