You can try

\definefont[TitleFont][name:GaramondPremrPro-Disp at 30pt]

Yes, I'm getting a similar error here too:
$ mtxrun --script font --list --reload
produces:
‘.../tex/texmf-context/scripts/context/lua/mtx-fonts.lua:116: attempt to index

Re: [NTG-context] simplefonts

2009-11-21 Thread Vyatcheslav Yatskovsky

Hi Wolfgang,

I just saw interesting commands:

\usemodule[simplefonts]

\setmainfont[TeX Gyre Heros][weight=condensed]

Searching for wiki, I found the line "For instance, assuming the
Delicious fonts  are
properly installed and recognized by ConTeXt, you can simply write".
What do you mean by "properly installed and recognized"? Can I just say

\setmainfont[Times New Roman]

and get Window's standard Times New Roman working?

[NTG-context] Heros condensed and Font switching

2009-11-21 Thread Wolfgang Murth

Hi Wolfgang, Hi all,

My last post regarding Heros Condensed leads me to another unsolved mystery.
I'm working on converting my lecture papers from latex
to ConTeXt, where I also use a condended font, but only for Excel formulas and
not as main body font .
For example
>   {
>   \changefont{cmss}{sbc}{n}\small%
>   \begin{tabbing}%
>   \hspace{1cm}\=\$E\$9:\$E\$13 <=\$D\$9:\$D\$13\\
>   \> {\$F\$18:\$H\$18 >=0}\\
>   \end{tabbing}
>   }%

My question is how I can change a font only for a particular text. Not only
normal->condensed, even change the complete font like
using Zapf for a special markup in a Helvetica/Heros text.

Thanks for you help.

Re: [NTG-context] local footnote (Tables) problem

2009-11-21 Thread Bowen Alan C.
Please excuse my persistence. The following is a minimal file illustrating a
problem that I am having with a multipage table with local footnotes. Setting
split=yes or split=repeat in \setuptables produces obviously unsatisfactory
results. What I need is a multipage table that has good page divisions and puts
the table's label on the last page only. I have been unable to find
documentation that would help with this yet.

I am using MK2 in today’s Context in the Context Minimals.

[NTG-context] Fields and JS Calculations

2009-11-21 Thread jeroen muskee

I want to calculate the pressure of a hydrostatic fluid column with
p(psi)=0.052*density(lb/gal)*depth(ft)

I have created a form with fields to enter the input, but I need somehow to
pass the information entered to the JS calculation to display the result.

How can you pass an entered field value to JS caluclation and show the result
into another field.

Thanks

I find out that the problem is caused by the new
'resolvers.split_path' function in data-res.lua. It can be solved with
the old 'resolvers.split_path' function instead of the new one.
