Just to be sure, I re-downloaded ConTeXt Standalone (it's now on
2012.11.16), unpacked the newest simpleslides from
modules.contextgarden.net in texmf-modules (overwriting the existing
files), and, compiling my minimal example, got the same error.

For what it's worth, I don't know how happy mkiv is with \doattributes
and \dostartattributes.

Cheers,

That should have been *IDPF* (International Digital Publishing Forum)
which is the group that defines the epub standard.

Re: [NTG-context] \startitemize[columns] once again...

2012-11-17 Thread Otared Kavian
Hi Marcin,

I think there is a small bug with itemize and columns: in another thread (with
Subject « vertical alignment problem in column items» ) Dalyoung reported also
an issue, which is related to what you have observed.
Please see my message in a reply to Dalyoung's message, where I reported some
testings but I am not sure when this bug appeared (in mkii, the behaviour is
essentially correct).

Best regards: OK

This minimal example behaves in a strange way:

If we remove the percentage signs in the items, an additional
vertical skip appears. Is it a feature or a bug?

[NTG-context] Wrong \unit spacing

2012-11-17 Thread Marco Patzer
Hi,

the \unit command produces wrong spacing when only the unit is given
without a value. Is there a way to improve the \unit command to not
print this space?

\starttext
\starttabulate
\NC wrong spacing \EQ (\unit{micro mol}) \NC\NR
\NC spacing OK\EQ (µmol) \NC\NR
\NC spacing OK\EQ (3\,µmol)\NC\NR
\NC spacing OK\EQ (3 \unit{micro mol}) \NC\NR
\NC spacing OK\EQ (\unit{3 micro mol}) \NC\NR
\stoptabulate
\stoptext

Dear Otared,

Thank you for detailed explanations.

I got the same results as you explained.
There may be something which controls the vertical spaces in columns.
I believe that it will be resolved soon.

I can't reproduce this here; your test file compiles and produces the
