This doesn't look like a problem with the latest ConTeXt, but like a general TeX error: it cannot find the truetype file. Have you accidentally deleted/moved it? Does TeX see it: kpsewhich Oxoniensis.ttf returns /home/thomas/texmf/fonts/truetype/greek/Oxoniensis.ttf on my linux box.
