Hi,
I am setting up a head which simply puts its contents in a layer, so that
I can control where to place the head. If the head is followed by an
itemize, I get spurious white space. See the following test file. Page 1
is head followed by text, which is OK. Page 2 is head followed by itemize,

line break in \sometxt{ ... } then it fails in mkii, but runs in mkiv. For
example,
\starttext
\startMPcode
draw \sometxt{A very
long string} ;
\stopMPcode
\stoptext
I vaguely understand why this
Thanks! :)

Hi,
the following should be an equation with fractions.
Typesetting it (MkII), there are NO (!) fractions!
What's wrong? [apologies, my first mathml test]

Hello,
I am trying to use ConTeXt to create my CV. I have succesfully placed the
subject headings in the margin by using:
\setuphead
[subject]
[alternative=text,distance=0pt,command=\MyHead]
\def\MyHead#1#2{\inmargin{#1 #2}}
When the text that follows the heading is a simple paragraph ever
