According to docs,
\setupunit[method=3]
should change the rendering of numbers in
\unit{10,123.99 mm} or \digits{10,123.99} to “10\,123,99”,
but it doesn’t.
\setdigitmode{3} works, though.

I'm using the digit-module and enjoy, that I get a nice output using the
following:

\digits{30e-3}
\stoptext
instead of
\starttext
$30 \cdot 10^{-3}$ or $30 ⋅ 10^{-3}$
