In myTeX file, I have at the beginning of the file:
\usetypescriptfile[type-linuxlibertine]
\usetypescript[linuxlibertine]
\setupbodyfont[linuxlibertine,12pt]

Right, this a bug that I discovered while ago but forgot to report,
fonts with dots in its name don't get recognised.
