[NTG-context] Problem using nested \processcommalist and \startparagraphs columns

I am having a problem with the combination of nested \processcommalist and \startparagraphs columns and I do not see any obvious issues. Run the example below with "--mode=unroll" and it works fine. Run it without that mode, and it fails. Remove the lines tagged "problematic" and run it
