[NTG-context] external figure extension name PDF not supported

Hi, There is a problem about a figure name. When I use pdf figures, capital "xx.PDF" can not be identified, while only "xx.pdf" is supported. I hope it can be fixed because my odf printer always give extension name "PDF". Thanks. -- Zhao
