netflow packet emitted. Am I missing something?

flow packets exported (Ok, on my test I'm writing flows to disk,
but it's the same for udp exported packets).
Maybe my problem could be related to my nProbe license. I don't know how to
check if my nProbe license has PF_Ring support.

Hi Dan,
I think your problem is that the BPF filter should be configured on the
exporter (nProbe) and not on the collector (ntop).
Hope it helps,

Hi Luca,
do you have any (time based, versioning...) criteria to update master
branch? Dev branch is commonly commited to.
Do you have any suggestion about which branch to use with nProbe?
Thanks in advance and best regards,

Any reference, suggestion or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys,
attached you may find a .gitignore file for PF_Ring project. I found a
little annoying having hundreds of untracked files everytime I run a make
command on the project.
It would be great if Alfredo would add it to the repo, but this is a
preliminary version reforged from the one I use on

Ok, I'll check how to do a pull request and send it to your repo asap.

avoid this feature to be implemented on ZC or may I file a request for this
feature to be added?

Hi Jim,
I faced a similar problem with the same NIC some time ago. I found the same
upper bound in a 32 physical-core (64 cores with HT) server. The point is
that this server had two different CPUs (with 16 physical cores (32 cores
with HT) each one) and, maybe I'm wrong, but I seem to remember th
poor performance,
and let you know my results and conclusions.
Thanks in advance and best regards,
