Outlook 2003 client can not connect to Exchange 2003.
I have removed profile and allowed it to recreate.

I have Exchange 2003. I want to disable everyone from being able to use
ActiveSync unless authorized. Do I disable User Initiated
Synchronization in Exchange Features of Users and Computers??? or is

The XML for that key is the ProductKey for KMS. I am removing the whole
XML key and see if the will Sysprep properly. I'll get it ... sooner
than later.

I have a new admin that believes you don't have to sysprep machines
because Mark R. from systernals wrote an article saying duplicate sid's
were not an issue.
He doesn't have the article for me to refute so I don't know how to
answer him or tell him he is wrong?
