More details. Are you wanting to set up NT in the same partition as 98?
Either way, it shouldn't be hard. Just make sure they are in different
directories and it won't write over your stuff.

Run partition magic, resize the drive. Install NT on the new partition.
You can get a patch from MS that allows NT to see FAT32 drives, or at least
there is a utility I have I got from somewhere that allows it to happen.
