doesn't the software that comes with Blackmagic cards (Media Express?)
let you load up dpx sequences and play it back over SDI in a simple fashion?

Do you mean invert the Hue channel as in the H of HSL or HSV? If that's
the case you can do Colorspace ( to HSL or HSV ) -> Invert (red channel
only) -> Colorspace ( from HSL or HSV).

Yeah, I've been getting crashes like that with all the 8.0
(including 8.0v4) on CentOS (6.5). Thinking about rolling back to Nuke
7 here too.
