This is the easy one that works fast or doesnt. Depends on camera movement as well. Hold frame the frame want use as source in match grade. Then use well match grade. Totally depends on what happening in the scene but thats the fast one. Color look up matching blacks and whites from expression

I often find that the easiest deflicker setup works best and fastest for global flicker: use a frame hold to and divide a blurred version of it by the moving footage that is blurred by the same amount. Than multiply the result back onto the original footage: Group { inputs 0 name Group1
