I do recall this has been discussed prior but if some one could recap me as I
am a little confused.
Are the two lists connected or should I be looking at both to get my eye over
all posts regarding nuke?
And should they not be connected does the forum nuke_users list send out emails
With the mouse right ? I've always had an issue with Wacom pen if node wasn't
previously open in properties tab ..
With the mouse not seeing that on Win 10 or OSX.

double clicking on a node doesn't always open the properties tab. If you
cut and paste it back into the node graph it then opens the property tab
again.
