problem with runing nutch in eclipse

I can run nutch successfully under windows using cygwin. However, there is always a error No URLs to fetch - check your seed list and URL filters when I try to run the nutch in eclipse with exactly the same settings. Can I run nutch in eclipse under windows?

Run nutch crawling in windows without cygwin

Is it possible to run nutch crawling in windows without cygwin, for example, call nutch api directly in java application?
