My weekend started on Saturday with leading the Great South Bay Audubon's trip to Jamaica Bay. Two Blackpoll Warblers were the only migrant songbirds that were seen/heard. Shorebirds were very much evident with 3 White-rumped Sandpipers being the highlight (2 at Bench 12, and 1 at Bench
