The Bermuda population of Great Kiskadee is introduced so I suppose even
if the bird can be proven to be from there it's not "countable" no matter
how it arrived in NYC?

Wheatear was still there as of 6 PM. Frequenting the fence along the train
tracks but also flying all around the area, perching in trees, on a garbage

Nothing conclusive, but the tail end looks kind of ratty in the 3rd photo and
the bird almost seems to be begging for food in the first. Maybe a shipboard
pet?

Update: easily visible from around 2:50 - 3:10pm when I left. killer looks.
When I left it was perched on top of a gravel pile, about 6 feet off the ground.
Plenty of easy parking here. Just keep driving south.

The number of BLACK TERNS has continued to climb from the already excellent
numbers around 'Irene Sunday' when I noted 173 between Mecox and Montauk (28
Aug 2011). On Sunday evening (4 Sep 2011) I counted six hundred and thirty
one (631) along a 7-mile stretch of Gardiner's Bay from Accabonac Harbo
