The Yellow-headed Blackbird that was found a few weeks ago continues to be seen on and off at Boland in Chenango Forks, NY which is an ebird hotspot in Broome County. The bird put a show on for us today foraging in the marsh grasses about 20 feet away!! The bird is not as vocal as the one we had a

Not that anybody comes out here to chase birds but there has been an adult male Harlequin seen twice in the past week at Great Kills Park. It was first found last week by Dick Veit off of the salt flats just north of the main parking lot. Today it was found in the afternoon off of the harbor
