Wood stork currently being seen on Baycrest Avenue across the creek at the road
curve before the end of the road. Great views.

Western Grebe (assuming the consensus is indeed on this species rather than
a hybrid with Clark’s Grebe) continues viewed from the west end of Calvert
Vaux Park looking west, giving very nice scope views in great viewing
conditions.

twnshp., Suffolk County, NY thru Wed. afternoon, 5/12.
