Sue and I did a walk on snowshoes this morning up the east side of the Connetquot River to the fish hatchery and down the west side of the river. Although the woods were fairly quiet we observed a single Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, five Wood Duck, and most surprising of all, an Eastern Phoebe at
