This morning around 11:20 I photographed two Golden Eagles along Clove Road in
Dutchess County. This spot has been reported to Ebird in the last week or so.

Golden Eagle migration is underway at the Franklin Mt. Hawkwatch near
Oneonta. Four adults were counted today on strong WNW winds, which will
continue tomorrow.
Any day with northwesterly winds over the next few weeks should provide
a good chance of seeing one or more goldens. Last year's

Golden Eagles that have been reported there. We found them right away, at the
entrance to the Ten Mile River Preserve, off Limekiln Road. They were perched
