Gray-breasted Martin occurs in Mexico, for example along the Gulf Coast within about 150 km of the US-MX border, so it's also in North America. eBird also shows a historical record for Rio Grande City (Starr Co, TX) in the late 19th Century, which appears to be the origin of Gray-breasted Martin

Doug Gochfeld and some others are now tentatively calling the Prospect Park Lake Martin a Gray-breasted Martin, a species found in South and Central Americas. eBird hasn't any sightings in the US listed for this species even in southernmost Texas. The Q train stop at Parkside is the closest
