a slightly different location.
It is on the ground in the West End 2 parking lot somewhere near the last
exit.

Nine immature bald eagles and one adult bald eagle were in Croton Bay this
morning on the rising tide, seven at once on the sandbar W of the RR bridge. Up
to a dozen horned larks and a continuing flock of 30+ American pipits on and
around the main landfill as well as an immature female harrier.
