Nine immature bald eagles and one adult bald eagle were in Croton Bay this morning on the rising tide, seven at once on the sandbar W of the RR bridge. Up to a dozen horned larks and a continuing flock of 30+ American pipits on and around the main landfill as well as an immature female harrier.
