Today, I was among the crowd ( ~ 20 coming & going) that feasted on the impressive image of *Mycteria americana *as it fed along the e/s of Beaverdam Creek, ~ 100 yards s/o Montauk Highway, at the intersection of Mill Rd. I was part of a 3 car caravan that was "trolling" for the bird, after

N.Y. County, including Manhattan, Randall’s & Governors Islands Tuesday May 4th - & Wednesday May 5th ~viva Cinco de Mayo~ A female-plumaged Blue Grosbeak once again appeared in Central Park, not so far north of where some previous sightings had been, just east of Turtle Pond on Wed. 5/5.

Relocated Wood Stork in WH area. Currently being seen by MOB on east side of Beaverdam Creek at Montauk Hwy, Westhampton. This is slightly west ofOld Country Rd the north and Mill Rd to the south. Very near Casa Baso Reataurant - but DO NOT PARK THERE. Originally found at reported spot
