Three times a charm. On my third trip gulling at the water pollution control plant at Owl's Head Park I finally located the Black-headed Gull. Heydi Lopes and I had good looks of the bird between 2:00 - 2:30pm as it perched on the pipes above, what appears to be, channels of treated water.
