Productive birding on the East End today starting with a dozen Wilson snipes who flew into our front yard at Geogica Cove, joining some some 30 Green winged teal, assorted mergansers, a group of about 16 Bonaparte's gulls who have been here for several weeks, and 8 killdeer. Two FOS Osprey app

I checked out the northeastern and northwestern corners of Niagara and Orleans Counties, respectively, today. Most surprising were the number of RED-NECKED GREBES - 12 at Olcott, 88 at Barker Bicentennial Park, and 25 at Shadigee. I see that David Pryor had a count of 32 in Toronto on March 8th so
