Pt. Lookout 3 Dec The town beach and jetties are undergoing major construction including today (Saturday). I checked the Gulls on the parking lot but didn't go toward the beach which is off limits. Heavy trucks carrying huge boulders were coming into the lot. The activity must have disturbed
