I am planning a chase ( from Cleveland, Ohio ) for the PFGO to
the Camel Farm site in Orange, New York. I am looking for any specific

There has been a noticeable increase in the occurrence of birders using
4-Letter Banding Codes as shorthand for species names (sometimes incorrectly),
when posting messages to NYSbirds-L.
Please discontinue using 4-Letter Banding Codes. This method is only causing
confusion among the majority
Currently perched on ground on first shoreline across water on north
side. Perhaps feeding.

No luck finding the Pink-footed Goose at the Camel Farm in Orange County on
Monday or Tuesday. I was there three times both days between 11 AM and 3:15 PM
(afterwards the sun is in your eyes on clear days). Lots of geese to sort
through but they all had black necks and white cheek patches. A
