Apache SVN up again but svn client still failing

Hi, the SVN servers are back, but I still couldn't svn up - the svn command line client dying with a segmentation fault, TortoiseSVN more helpfully reporting a connection error. This turned out to be caused that on that machine, I had hardwired (/etc/hosts) svn.apache.org to the US mirror,
