new check-release and ad-interim checks
Hello team, as part of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-6650 I changed all our branches and the check-release script to comply to the latest apache release guideline. In the meantime the check-release checks for the presence of a `.sha1` file and no longer for a `.sha`. It means while we fix jackrabbit and for verifying the 1.7.9 you'll have to manually revert locally the patch (attached in the issue) which has been already applied to the verification script.
