Let's start with PRs older than 2 years first, that list will already be
long enough. In a second step we can then modify the config to its final
state and check all PRs older than 1

I’m also in favour of automating this task.
Some of the PRs just need a nudge, but many can probably be closed
because the issue is no longer that
