The file that has been attached can be compiled
is not compilable with Qt 5/KDE Frameworks yet (you
can help to make it real).
Please install Qt 4 development packages and compile Okular with them.

Internal links (page #3) to the chapters work fine in Calibre viewer

to me it stresses on the possible actions once more which is useful to

Actually, I made a mistake. Okular shows the smaller text, Evince shows larger
one, and Acrobat shows the same even larger at the same 400% zoom. Two of them
or all of them must be wrong.
