[OM Cooker] 14 MAJOR BUGS That need to be fixed before final release

As agreed at todays TC meeting I have produced a list of major bugs that should ideally be fixed before release. The criteria fo RC1 is =10 Majors and =5 for release. There are 14 bugs in the list. The bugs are priortitised from 1 - 5. 1 obviously being the ones that it is most desirable to
