Sorry to say this but issue is observable since beta release
Hello.
For some time we had a rather serious problem for ROSA LTS builds. Because of
rpm/db differencies on build hosts and build chroots some builds ( actually a
rather big amount of them ) failed because of broken rpm database. To fix it i
patched mock-urpm a bit to use internal ( chrooted )
ppl with ssh access should have access to this file also.
But there is no web-based way to access it.

Is there a chance that on 28th of January there were less packages already
published ( i mean repository was generally filled with new packages, not with
rebuilds ) ?

According to a Fedora forum thread I'm supposed to edit /etc/default/grub2,

I reported the problem to ABF devs and they confirmed that there was a problem
with servers.
But! i was also informed that this problem should aready be fixed.

There is already such a mechanism on ABF - install test.
You can add firefox-l10n versioned require to firefox and it will not be ever
published automatically without l10n.
Same happens with l10n packages already right now.
