Maybe urpmi was broken some time ago and not fixed until that time ? Can you please try 1) urpmi.addmedia --distrib http://abf-downloads.rosalinux.ru/openmandriva2014.0/repository/i586 --debug and check if pubkey is added 2) urpmi.addmedia main_release http://abf-downloads.rosalinux.ru/openmandriva2014.0/repository/i586/main/release --debug and check if pubkey is added
