@Carlos No it's not a mirror of ABF, but the whole content is generated
from ABF (with the use of scripts), but Denis could explain it better

I would say that ABF is a zero level mirror. ABF itself do not work as a
mirror, it just generates content and stores it. To avoid problems ( for
example with accidentally published packages ) and high load on ABF it does
not work as a mirror. Instead mirror.rosalinux.com is working as a level 1
