Now it turns out that port 10001 is not allowed to access through my
proxy, we will fix that and try to pull docker images again. Thanks.

Ran into this one in the past – make sure your maven is at or above 3.3.3
(there is a fix for ignoring certain types of certificate issues in mvn) – for
example 3.2 will experience this.
