Hi,
By the screen you've attached your artifact was not correctly distributed to
DCAE. DCAE service change handler (dcae-sch) should receive artifact and save
it to dcae inventory. Only then CLAMP can get response from dcae inventory.
Please check if dcae-sch is working. Possibly it was not

It looks like DCAE hasn't finished deployment of your service.
I assume you're using DCAE_blueprint with TCA.
Most probably it's because cloudify hasn't yet finished downloading TCA docker
image.
This image is quite large so clamp timeout may be shorter than it takes to
download it.

By looking on options that you have available you're trying to set blueprint
for whole service. That's why you don't see type ‘DCAE_INVENTORY_BLUEPRINT’.
Please select single VNF in service and then click 'Add artifact'. It should
help.
